These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChatGroups website and related services operated by Creatr Studios Inc., located at Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5V 3V6. By accessing or using ChatGroups, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. ChatGroups is an independent directory of ChatGPT group chats and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to OpenAI, ChatGPT, or any OpenAI product or service in any way.

1. Description of Service

ChatGroups provides a directory of third-party ChatGPT group chats and communities. We list titles, descriptions, invite links, and categories submitted by users or collected from public sources. We do not operate, host, or control the group chats themselves; those are provided by OpenAI and by the creators of each group.

2. User Submissions

If you submit a group or community for listing, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the information is accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content you submit in connection with operating ChatGroups. We may reject, remove, or edit submissions at any time without notice. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not infringe others' rights or violate any law or third-party terms (including OpenAI's terms).

3. No Affiliation with OpenAI / ChatGPT

ChatGroups is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to OpenAI, ChatGPT, or any OpenAI product or service. Invite links on this site point to OpenAI-hosted services; your use of those services is governed by OpenAI's terms and policies. We do not speak for or on behalf of OpenAI.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ChatGroups to submit false, misleading, or illegal content; to impersonate others; to harass or harm others; or to violate any applicable law or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we deem harmful or in violation of these Terms.

5. External Links and Third-Party Services

Our site contains links to third-party websites and services (including ChatGPT). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChatGroups AND THE SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Creatr Studios Inc., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ChatGroups OR ANY THIRD-PARTY LINKS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creatr Studios Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of ChatGroups, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of ChatGroups after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site.
